Colliers Reserve Open House Policy for Realtors

Open Houses in Colliers Reserve will be held on Sundays.  Realtors may gain access at any time by having completed an Open House Application, have an appointment with the Club Membership director or present a photo business card and a valid Florida Drivers License.  Clients will gain access to visit an Open House by having an appointment with the Club Membership Director, by presenting an Open House advertisement for that day or be accompanied by their realtor or a homeowner.  At any time other than an Open House, clients must be accompanied by their realtor or by the homeowner.

Realtors/owners must submit an Open House Application by 12:00 PM on the Friday before the Open House weekend to the Association Property Manager via fax 239-254-7784 or email manager@colliersreservehoa.com.   Applications can be obtained from our website at www.colliersreservehoa.com and should not be submitted more than one week in advance.  Approval or denial for the Open House will be provided via email or fax.  Please make sure you receive an approval of your application by noon on the Friday preceding the Open House.  If you have not received an approval fax or email, you will not be able to hold an Open House.

A realtor representative or homeowner must be present at each home during Open House hours.

All realtors will kindly notify the Gate House when they leave the property for the day.

Open Houses will only be allowed during regularly scheduled Sundays between the hours of 1 to 4 PM.

There may be specific dates during the year that Open Houses will not be allowed due to community wide events.  We will endeavor to keep these exceptions to a minimum.

There will be no Open Houses allowed for unfinished residences.

Only one sign will be allowed to be posted at each property and that sign will be the property of Colliers Reserve and will be posted by Colliers Reserve Staff.  The sign is not to be moved or relocated.  When Open House hours are completed the signs will be removed by Colliers Reserve Staff.  No other signs may be posted anywhere in the community nor will any additional information or paraphernalia be allowed.  Any extraneous signs or paraphernalia will immediately become the property of Colliers Reserve and be discarded.

The Gate House Staff will distribute the following information to all participants.

• A map of Colliers Reserve
• A listing of all approved Open Houses
• A handout of activities available at the Clubhouse.

The Gate House Staff will not be allowed to accept or distribute any other information, nor may any other information be left on property.
